During the first week, students wrote musical stories: Each student wrote a short few sentences of a made up story, then the kids switched chairs and went to and kept writing it.
Students also worked on many other writing assignments: Letters to a teacher, fiction, and non-fiction stories. They also wrote poetry and they looked at pictures and wrote about them from the point of view of the photographer and also the subject in the photo.
